- Exit at Market Street
- Turn left onto SW 10th Ave
- Continue on for several blocks
- The PSC will be on your left
From South of Portland: (e.g., Wilsonville, Salem, etc.)
- Drive along I-5 north towards Portland
- Merge left onto I-405 N (towards City Center)
- Exit at Salmon St towards PGE Park (exit 2A)
- Bear right onto SW 14th Ave
- Turn right onto SW Alder St
- Turn left onto SW 10th Ave
- The PSC will be on your left
From North of Portland: (e.g., Vancouver)
- Drive along I-5 south towards Portland
- Merge onto I-406 S
- Exit at Couch St/Burnside St (exit 2A)
- Continue onto NW 15th Ave
- Turn left onto SW Alder St
- Turn left onto SW 10th Ave
- The PSC will be on your left
From East of Portland: (e.g., Gresham, Troutdale, etc.)
- Drive along I-84 west towards Portland
- Take the I-5 South exit towards City Center
- Bear right onto the Morrison Bridge
- Turn right onto SW Morrison St
- Turn right onto SW 10th Ave
